Recover derailleur pulley function

This derailleur has been used for several years so the pulley and bearing got stuck with many dirts including sand, mud, and dirty grease it affect the performance and long term will cause the derailleur to malfunction. so I used degreaser form with WD40 to remove all sorts of dirt and grease and applied WD40 lube into it, The pulley and bearing back to good condition again thanks for the wonder product.

Dissemble The pulley from the derailleur with alley key.

separate pulley cage away from bearing so it can be clean and regrease properly.

Use WD40 degreaser spray at bearing to remove dirt and old grease.

Use Tissue or cloth to wipe of the degreaser.

Use WD40 multi purpose lube apply into the bearing.

Put back the cage of the pulley and put back into the derailleur and enjoy new derailleur again.
